New Sketch - 30 Female Ears
30 female ears, ages 18-84, just added to the Sketchbook. I didn't notice any gender differences between these and the male ears I drew. These are also based on NY arrest photos.

Performance with Shawn Phillips, Paul Buckmaster, and J. Peter Robinson
On July 19, I'm playing bass with Shawn Phillips and his longtime collaborators Paul Buckmaster and J. Peter Robinson. It's the last show of Shawn's current tour and it's at the Weesner Amphitheater in the Minneapolis Zoo. Tickets are available from Ticketmaster.

Mass Appeal article
The current issue of Mass Appeal magazine (no. 50) features an article on yours truly. It focuses on my experiences as a forensic artist and includes some of my artwork. You can find the magazine at newsstands in NYC and in bigger bookstores nationwide. I've also posted the text to the newly added Press section.

Friendly Fire in Auckland
Friendly Fire, a sound art exhibition organized by Ian-John Hutchinson, bursts into the Starkwhite Gallery in Auckland, New Zealand, this Tuesday, March 12 at 5:30pm. The ammunition is recordings of people from different parts of the world making gunshot noises with their mouths. My contribution is loaded with people from the New York area.

BFF - new composite drawing project
I've started a new composite drawing project called BFF. It involves a series of drawings combining the faces of friends. Imagine a drawing of your face combined with the face of one of your friends, and then that face combined with the face of two other friends, and so on. I'm currently looking for people to participate, so if you'd like to be involved, check out the BFF page.
